Dance, dance.

So last night was my school's semiformal dance.
And let me tell you, dumbbbbbbbb.
First of all, it was only two hours long. Most dances are 3-4.
Then, they had metal detectors at the door.
And then, they didn't play any slow songs at all.
And THEN, when anyone came within two feet of each other, they got yelled at.
And you know how there's always that one person who ends up in tears at these things?
Yeah, that person was me this time.
So, for about 20 minutes, I was very tempted to call my mom to come and get me.
But I didn't, and it all turned out all right.
Except for the fact that my friends were practically split into two groups, so I kind of only hung out with one of them.
And now I feel bad.
But hey, I had some fun, I guess.
Even if it took me longer to get ready than the actual dance lasted.
